Super clean and well maintained hotel with nice staff. Hotel staff said the hotel is about 3 years old, but it looks even more new. Nice pool and grill area. Breakfast staff was outgoing and helpful, somewhat rare in this age. Free parking. Free breakfast with e.g. good English muffin sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. A pleasant stay. Well located within Canton.

The customer service at this location is impeccable! They truly went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. When we realized that we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay it was no problem at all. Judy and William (Billy) were professional at all times and went over and above whst was expected of them. We will 100% stay here again, and we will look forward to it. On top of the exceptional customer service the room itself was comfortable and relaxing. It felt like a small apartment, and it offered ample space. We had family come by to see us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit comfortably. When we realized that a larger amount of family was dropping by we were immediately provided access to a conference/banquet room that easily provided space for everyone. I highly recommend this location to anyone who chooses to stay here.

Stayed here for work on several occasions and had an amazing stay. susan at breakfast, christina and mary a customer service desk were awesome. Room was clean and stocked with everything.

New location just opened in Jan 2023. Stayed in the Townplace Suites one which was very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities with kitchenette. Breakfast had great options as well! Cable had guide and never went out. It was quiet too with not a lot of, if any, road noise. Will definitely stay again when back in town on business.

Fresh baked cookies every day and they clean your room every day. Will definitely stay anytime I'm up here in Canton

We needed to book a last minute hotel room when a family member became sick and was hospitalized at Northside Cherokee. I happened to have foot surgery last week and am in a wheelchair. We booked a handicap accessible room. The hotel is brand new and was spotless. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and well equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. Down the hall is a filtered water machine. Everything was very upscale and well done. We would highly recommend this hotel should anyone need to be in the Canton, GA area. It’s also right by some chain restaurants and chain retail stores should you need sustenance during your trip.

We ended up without a reservation in Canton, GA. I called TownPlace Suites by Marriott. I'm a Platinum member with Marriott but I had no points. The room was beautiful. But I was most impressed by receptionist LaToya. LaToya worked with me on the reservation. She was Friendly, reassuring, and very service oriented. I can't say enough good things about our customer service experience. LaToya saved the vacation. We needed to stay 3 nights and I feel very valued as a Marriott Member. Thank you so much.

As a google reviewer whom contributes a lot. I have to say that these are very excellent rooms for Canton, GA. I recommend over any other hotel and the staff are extremely friendly. I stay here often, for work. If you're coming to town. Stay here and thank me later. The entrance can be somewhat difficult to exit due to traffic, which is why 3 stars for location. I'm certain they can get with the city and find creative ways to improve this.
